2. Services Provided: Hunt for Adventure Travel offers travel planning, booking, and consultancy services, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel rese

rvations, tour packages, and travel insurance. The scope of services will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

3. Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made by the due date specified.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment and issuance of a confirmation notice.

 

4. Payments

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

• All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.

• Late payments may result in booking cancellations or additional charges.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

• Cancellation fees may apply as per the policies of the service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

 

6. Changes to Bookings

• Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional fees and availability.

• Hunt for Adventure Travel is not responsible for changes or cancellations imposed by third-party service providers.

 

7. Travel Documentation

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other required documentation.

• Hunt for Adventure Travel provides general guidance but is not responsible for obtaining travel documents on behalf of the traveler.

 

8. Travel Insurance Hunt for Adventure Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. If a traveler chooses not to purchase travel insurance, they will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks and absolving [Travel Agent Name] of any liability for losses that could have been covered by insurance.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Hunt for Adventure Travel acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these providers.

• Hunt for Adventure Travel is not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

 

10. Complaints and Disputes

• Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the travel date.

• Disputes will be addressed amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction.

 

11. Privacy Policy

• Hunt for Adventure Travel is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions Hunt for Adventure Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made thereafter.
